Oil & Gas
Capstone provides specialized engineering services such as stress analysis for both greenfield and brownfield designs. Our team is comprised of engineers who are equipped with the expertise to perform stress analyses on new models as well as on existing plans for industries such as oil & gas, industrials &chemicals, renewables, pharmaceuticals, mining, manufacturing, fertilizers, and utility industries such as water and effluent treatment and power.
As part of our award winning design & modelling expertise, Capstoneservice offerings span the whole gamut of multidimensional design services. We offer multidisciplinary plant modeling services optimizing the various ( often conflicting) constraints rom an operational, maintenance and safety perspective.
Our team of expert modelling professionals and design engineers collaborate with EPCs, FEEDs, engineering consultancies, and OEMs to deliver high quality engineering models & frameworks. With extensive on-site experience, our team creates real-time walkthroughs as digital models, offering a comprehensive understanding of the facility before construction begins.
Capstone helps identify the techno-financial parameters that help customers make critical decisions by understanding the risks involved and the resource allocation required to succeed in a very competitive marketplace.
Our team offers assistance during the project bidding phase with pre-project planning activities, including feasibility studies, evaluation studies, pre-bid engineering with bid evaluation services, plant system design, conceptual studies, energy & utility usage. We offer due diligence to define detailed project costs meticulously, project activities & deliverables, along with the associated project risks.
Midstream, Downstream & Oil Field Services.
Following successful option identification and assessment during the concept phase, a Front End Engineering Design( FEED) is an essential part of the project lifecycle.
A robust FEED will deliver not just the final concept to be taken forward into construction, but will also provide the estimate for final sanction together with the documentation for the subsequent contracting phases. In addition, in the current climate where schedules are challenging and key equipment often on long delivery times, the FEED output will enable procurement activity to commence prior to main contract award. Our engineering teams have a broad mix of skills required to support from concept development to FEED ,for offshore and onshore developments, from drilling and production technology through facilities design.
These enable design solutions to be developed that address buildability and operability issues at the earliest stage of engineering development.
Our clients benefit from our unique experience of engineering projects for offshore oil & gas production facilities including the development of both greenfield and brownfield assets that cover the following:
Our onshore FEEDs are supported from our in-house multidiscipline engineering resources including
